Our Story

Built on Principle. Driven by Results.

PK Singh & Associates LLP was established in New Delhi in 1995 by Praveen Kumar Singh, an advocate with a singular conviction: that great legal practice is built on the twin pillars of integrity and intellectual rigour.

What began as a focused litigation practice before the Supreme Court of India has grown, over the course of nearly three decades, into a full-service law firm advising clients across corporate transactions, construction/infrastructure issues, intellectual property, employment law, real estate, and complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. The firm has remained deliberately measured in its growth choosing depth of expertise over breadth of headcount.

Today, the firm comprises six advocates and a support team, each hand-selected for their legal acumen, ethical standing, and commitment to the firm's founding values. We operate from two locations in New Delhi our main office in IP Extension, Patparganj, and chambers at the Supreme Court of India.

Our clients range from large public sector undertakings and multinational corporations to individual entrepreneurs and families navigating the law for the first time. Regardless of the matter's size, every client receives the same standard of care, diligence, and personal attention.
